The Human Resources Manager is responsible for developing, improving and implementing appropriate human resources policies, tools and frameworks for managing the entire employee life cycle for all staff of the organization.
Expected Competencies
- A minimum of a University Degree in any course
- Practical knowledge of Human Resources metrics
- 5 - 7 years experience in a Human Resources role
- Practical Knowledge of workplace learning and Design.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
