Founder of Learning Impact NG
Omagbitse Barrow is the Founder and Chief Executive of Learning Impact. He oversees the company’s strategy and execution, ensuring the highest quality of delivery across all our products and services. Gbitse is a highly-sought after corporate trainer, learning designer, coach, strategy and management consultant. He has also authored and developed books, elearning courseware and learning resources across a variety of areas of professional and life skills.
JAMES ATSAAM
Software developer - LIM Technologies
James Atsaam is the Head of Technology Solutions and Products at Learning Impact, responsible for the design, development, and implementation of our technology solutions, websites, and platforms. He ensures that our clients and subscribers on The Online Efiko, EPaperVendor, Be Better Books, and other technology platforms offered by the company are functional, user-friendly, and responsive. He has a degree in computer science and is a full-stack web and application developer.
OGOCHIMELU EJIKE
Office Manager
Ogochimelu Ejike is the Office Manager at Learning Impact, overseeing the administrative, human resources, and project management responsibilities. She is responsible for overseeing daily administrative tasks, driving employee performance and productivity, creating and sustaining the right culture in the organization and managing all aspects of the employee life cycle. She worked previously as an Organisational Effectiveness Consultant at Learning Impact. She has a degree in history and international studies.
ABDULSALAM TIJANI
Finance and Compliance Officer
Abdulsalam Tijani is the Finance and Compliance Officer at Learning Impact. He manages the organization’s financial operations, financial planning, accounting, risk management, and statutory compliance. He ensures adherence to internal policies and external regulations to maintain financial integrity and regulatory adherence. He worked previously as our team lead, online learning, and knowledge management solutions.
MICHAEL OMOSOKI
Life Skills Education Consultant
Michael Omosoki is our life skills education consultant based in Lagos, responsible for business development and service support for our life skills education resources targeted at children, schools, families, and partner organizations across the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. His goal is to spread the gospel of life skills education (financial literacy, leadership and personal effectiveness, creativity and innovation; and communication skills) across every part of Nigeria, and the African continent by promoting our life changing books, board games, and digital life skills resources and programs. He has a degree in Human Kinetics Education (first class), and worked as a training support officer at Learning Impact for a number of years.
VICTOR TAHIRU
Organizational Effectiveness Consultant
Victor Tahiru is an organizational effectiveness consultant at Learning Impact. He is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of our corporate training, strategy consulting, HR-technology solutions for our clients, and courseware for the Online Efiko as well as for business development and service support for our projects. He previously worked as an eLearning developer here at Learning Impact and has a degree in Mathematics.

Team Lead - Organizational Effectiveness Solutions
Joy Omale is an organizational effectiveness consultant at Learning Impact and worked previously as an eLearning developer. She is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of our corporate training, strategy consulting, and HR-technology solutions for our clients, as well as for business development and service support for our projects. She has a degree in computer science (first class).

Product Manager, Life Skills resources
Oluwabukola Odjobo is the Product Manager, Life Skills resources. She is responsible for business development and service support for our life skills education resources targeted at children, schools, families, and partner organizations across the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. Her goal is to spread the gospel of life skills education (financial literacy, leadership and personal effectiveness, creativity and innovation; and communication skills) across every part of Nigeria, and the African continent by promoting our life changing books, board games, and digital life skills resources and programs.
DAVID KAMA
Team Lead – Online Learning and Knowledge Management Solutions
David Kama is the Team Lead – Online Learning and Knowledge Management Solutions. He is responsible for leading the consultative selling team that drives business development and service support for our online learning and knowledge management platforms, including but not limited to the Online Efiko and the EPaper Vendor. He oversees the management of the key relationships with vendors and service providers and also works closely with the Technology Solutions Team to ensure excellent service delivery via all our platforms and applications.

Organizational Effectiveness Consultant
Chibuzor Idam-Okoh is an organizational effectiveness consultant at Learning Impact. He is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of our corporate training, strategy consulting, and HR-technology solutions for our clients, as well as for business development and service support for our projects. He has a degree in Accounting and is a Chartered Accountant.

Online Learning Consultant
Oluwaseyi Oladeji is an Online Learning Consultant at learning Impact, responsible for advancing business development and providing dedicated support for our digital learning and knowledge management platforms. He manages key platforms, including Online Efiko and Epaper Vendor, ensuring smooth operation and alignment with our organizational objectives.
Working closely with his team and the Technology Solutions and Platforms Team, Oluwaseyi is committed to delivering outstanding service, maintaining high standards of user experience, and optimizing operational efficiency across all applications.

Olorunfunmilayo Adesanya is a Product Manager for Organizational Effectiveness and HR Technology Solutions, responsible for business development and service support for innovative solutions that enhance organizational performance and optimize human resource management processes. She oversees product delivery, ensuring our HR technology and organizational effectiveness solutions meet the evolving needs of clients. Olorunfunmilayo is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).
