Many people struggle in their careers not because they are lazy or unwilling but because they are in the wrong roles. They are square pegs in round holes, misaligned with their jobs and responsibilities. This mismatch often leads to underperformance, frustration, and poor results. And instead of doing something about it, most people simply "manage" the situation while organizations and society continue to suffer the consequences. This is the biggest problem in the world of work and it's more common than we admit.
To solve this problem, you must evaluate your alignment using what we call the Triangle of Success, which considers three things: your talents, your passions, and what your job actually expects from you. By becoming more self-aware and intentional about where and how you work, you can build careers that are more meaningful and impactful.
