Job Description

The CTO must either be a senior architect or a construction engineer with vast experience in leading any technical team in the construction of estates, mixed used and resort construction projects. He/she must be able to interpret and implement project designs effectively. He/she will ensure that all construction activities are implemented according to approved designs. The CTO must be well vast in the current construction methodologies and should be able to strategically apply these methodologies during construction.
