Audience Analysis

I arrived at the venue of the training early – it was a demo for a prospective client. There was a delay in the availability of the training room, so I hung out on the corridor with the participants that I had never met before. We started making small talk and getting to know each other better.

By the time I got into the class, it almost felt like I knew them for years. Not only did I feel less nervous and more confident, but I called their names, referred to our small talk to give examples and delivered a very audience-centric presentation. The rest like they say is history!
