We are a leading corporate training, strategy consulting and organizational development firm seeking to hire some of the best sales professionals in Abuja and Lagos who are interested in making a switch to the world of human resources management and consulting.
Our company has pioneered the development of a number of indigenous technology-based solutions that support organizational development, strategy, and human resources management, and we are seeking to hire high-performing sales professionals who would like to join our team of HR Solutions Specialists that are responsible for implementing the sales process for these solutions.
The HR Solutions Specialists will have an opportunity to learn new skills in human resources management, organizational development and strategy consulting and will network, build relationships, and collaborate with industry leaders and professionals in our large and ever-expanding pool of clients and prospects.
Expected Competencies
Our preference is for sales professionals with experience as Direct Sales Agents or Sales & Marketing Representatives in Financial Services (banks, pensions, asset management and insurance); Fast Moving Consumer Goods; or in Telecommunications/Technology looking to expand their repertoire of selling skills and product portfolio to an emerging and exciting industry. In addition, they should possess the following key attributes:
- Passion for selling, networking, relationship building and service excellence.
- Strong professional networking skills evidenced by activity on social media platforms like LinkedIn.
- Excellent persuasive presentation skills
- Experience with proposal writing
- Excellent references from previous employers
- Strong work ethic, and willing to make sacrifices to achieve results for our clients.
- High learning agility and a keen interest in learning and research
- Hungry, ambitious, and innovative leader.
