Excellent Teachers Looking to Transition to Consulting Industry
We are a leading corporate training, strategy consulting and organizational development firm seeking to hire some of the best schoolteachers in Abuja who are desirous of transitioning to the consulting industry to build on their skills in education to support our work as eLearning Developers.
They will be working with our team of eLearning specialists to develop eLearning content in a variety of areas of professional and work skills.
Successful applicants will receive training in adult learning design and development which builds on the pedagogical lesson planning and development that you are already used to as well as training on the use of the Articulate Suite of eLearning content development tools and other complementary tools. eLearning development is a rare skill and one that is highly sought after especially as more corporate organizations are more open to embrace eLearning, post COVID-19. Prior to the last few years, most eLearning courses are imported from abroad with no local content or context.
Our team of eLearning specialists have designed and implemented e-Learning solutions for a variety of clients notably, Stanbic IBTC and FBNQuest amongst others, so you will be joining the “elite” and “pioneering” team of indigenous eLearning developers in Nigeria. We are also responsible for www.onlineefiko.com – potentially the largest indigenous Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC) platform in Nigeria and Africa.
Expected Competencies
